At 12:16 the MVA with entrapment was dispatched in the Columbia No. 1 Fire Department first due on the 3860 Box.  Incident reported Front & Locust St. reported to be a 2 vehicle MVA with entrapment.  Police department on the scene reporting a two vehicle MVA, no entrapment, with one Class II patient.  8-1 Engine arrived with the rescue and assisted EMS and debris removal and hazard control before going available.
