At 12:07 members of the departments Special Operations Group was alerted on the 7-1-2 Box Alarm assignment in Conoy Township for the reported building collapse with one reported trapped.  Incident reported 2308 River Road.  Chief 7-1 (ZIMMERMAN) setting up the Bainbridge Command.  Originally one person reported trapped now in care of EMS.  Command held to the units on the scene, canceling Rescue Taskforce 36.  Earlier in the day the 8-1 Engine was due to assist the Washington Boro Fire Company (7-8) with a minor MVA on the 7-8-4 Box Alarm Assignment.  8-1 Engine was recalled by Deputy 7-8 (GOE) while enroute OFC.
